Among the period of being a student for eighteen years, we always discuss the good or bad a teacher is, but never think in the way that if we were the teacher, how should we improve students.

I agree with the Rita Pierson’s opinion that school won’t teach you relationship which is such important. "Seeking first to understand, as opposed to being understood." The scores can’t mean everything, but the way you interact with people related to your success or failure in the future.
